  Sanibel Moorings is such a beautiful and quiet place to stay. The rental was beautiful and clean and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying there if going to sanibel!

  The Moorings is still undergoing major repairs as are other resorts
  There is no cable and internet is spotty
  The large pool is not heated due to a part that is on back order
  Tennis/ pickleball court should be ready in February
  Traffic is very heavy starting around 3 pm as workers head off
  island.
  However, the staff were very helpful and doing their
  best given the aftermath of the hurricane
  Of the 122 units only about 15 are available to occupy
  Suggest reading the welcome sheet from the Moorings
  which provides an overview of services that are available
  and not available
  It will take many more months for Sanibel to recover

  Sanibel Moorings is a beautiful, quiet property with amazing botamical gardens. The unit we stayed in #932 was just recently beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed for a relaxing much needed vacation. I loved waking up to watch the sunrise on my morning beach walks, reading a book under the umbrella and beach chairs provided by the resort. This will definitely be an annual trip for my family and girl trips!

  This unit is beautiful. The sofa bed was a huge plus, and the seating for 6 in the kitchen was great. An innovative use of the space! We will definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient to the pool and beach, but also quiet. Highly recommend.
