  We were so happy to return to Sanibel Moorings. The property is understandably a re-construction zone, but the beach is still gorgeous. The condo unit showed some wear and tear (peeling paint, unfinished baseboards, roughly installed light plate switches - stuff like that) and it was surprising to see the pre-hurricane living room furniture. But overall, we thought it was very comfortable and we can highly recommend this unit :)

  We found Sanibel Moorings, Unit #732, while on a random, last-minute stroll through Expedia. This Unit was immediately appealing, with comfortable living quarters, a freshly appointed kitchen and plenty of space for our Family. Two balconies add flair and the Gulf View is icing on the cake. We checked in to see in-person everything as advertised. The grounds of Sanibel Moorings are well-maintained and just a stone’s throw away from powdery sand. We were specifically looking for a location walkable to Lighthouse Beach. Sanibel Moorings, Unit #732, make be our new go-to spot on the Island!

  This location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach! Beautiful botanical gardens all along the property. The unit itself was beautiful! Just as pictured. Clean & well stocked for a relaxing stay. Every detail was taken care of! The beach view off the living room balcony was beautiful. The updated kitchen really added the extra touch of luxury.

  We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Moorings Resort #732. This was our 5th trip to Sanibel and our first stay at Sanibel Moorings. We chose it for the beautiful landscape. We had a small intimate wedding on the property. Kari and her staff went above and beyond to make our day/week extra special. The inside of the condo and the views from the screened porches looked exactly like the pictures. It was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone (couples, friends or families) looking for a great vacation spot.

  Beautiful condo, great view, great proximity to the beach. Very attentive staff. We have stayed at Sanibel Moorings often since 1980. The only place we have ever stayed on the island. We love the beautiful grounds too.
