  Unit 712 was great for our family! The unit is renovated in the main living areas which is much appreciated. The master bath area could use an update, but it was clean, which was all we really needed. The views are fantastic and worth the additional cost in comparison to other units. We have stayed at the Moorings for decades and this is one of our favorite units. It is a little dark due to its position but the views more than make up for that! We would return! There were four adults and one child and it was plenty of space.

  Our stay at Sanibel Moorings was the most relaxing and refreshing vacation we have ever had! Not overly pretentious, we watched the sunrise and the sunset over the gulf every day. Played in the sand, sunned by the pool, enjoyed grandkids and had time just to ourselves. The weather was perfect!

  Sanibel Moorings was perfect! We vacationed with our children and grandchildren, and everything was amazing - the location of the condo so near to the beach, the views, the weather, the three bedrooms, the decor, the grounds. We loved it all. When we had a problem, the staff was there immediately. We did not want to leave.

  Family of 5 adults and a toddler enjoyed this beautiful location. Kid pool was sim0le, but perfect for a 16 month old. Condo was well maintained. The A/C needed attention, but the maintenance men were propmt to give it a bandaid. The Gulf and gardens were incredible. Can't wait for next year.
