  Sanibel Island is recovering from Hurricane. This particular condominium unit has been renovated with new appliances and floor coverings. It is a second floor unit with great views of the Ocean. The balcony was not completely fixed, but it was going to be completed soon. The condominium is maintained in excellent condition. The complex was not crowded. The beach was perfect.

  We have stayed at Sanibel Moorings on 4 different occasions. We decided to pay a little extra for the Beach Front #512. The rooms had a perfect view of the ocean and two balconies. The furniture had been upgraded to our surprise since the photos were taken with the wicker furniture. Everything was maintained in great condition and very clean.

  Wonderful. Condo was clean and modern. Grounds are beautiful. Beach is clean and not crowded. We have been coming to Sanibel for over 25 years and will continue to vacation there.

  Wonderful place to stay. Will return. Vegetation along walkway to ocean needs to be cleared. Bushes overhanging. Condo was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Quiet and comfy.
