    Everything was wonderful except for one thing. The air conditioning unit was very loud when it turned on and off. Made it hard to get a good nights rest. Other than that all was good. They are coming back at their own pace and things are moving forward. Will be returning in the future.

    We had the greatest week staying in 412. The location was perfect. We had a gulf view and a short walk to the beach. We were also close to the pool and grills. The unit was clean and worked perfect for our family of 4.

    We had a great week--love the gardens around Sanibel. I wish the beach chairs would have been wiped down at night or in the morning, but it was so nice to have them accessible.

    The electronics were a bit difficult to figure out sent manuals were not readily available. Never got the dvd player working or the master bedroom alarm clock. Very nice new carpeting, beds were very comfortable. Very clean bur could use a coat of paint
