  We booked our room several months in advance for the 10th year in a row. We came across a lower rate on the Moorings website and when we asked to have the lower rate honored, we were shocked to be told that we would need to cancel, pay the cancellation fee and rebook the room. Upon arrival, we asked for a second parking pass as we needed to bring 2 vehicles and were told that we would need to purchase the pass, even with a 3 bedroom condo. A second pass had always been included with a 3 berm condo but I guess no more. The condo is out dated. Televisions are from the 90’s, refrigerator handles come off and the freezer leaks water. For an island that is still trying to recover you would think the people would be more welcoming but we felt as if we were not welcomed. We will be looking for other accommodations next year. I am sure someone else would be a little more grateful to have our business. If I were an owner, I would look to change the property management before they run off all of the business.

  Our family needed three bedrooms and this one was perfect and offered a beautiful view of the canal and pool. The location to the Pucket fall court was close for our older children to play every day. The beach was beautiful and the staff very helpful.

  This condo had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the laundry and pool and very short walk to the beach path. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be retiring and recommending to others.

  We have been coming to Sanibel for many years and we love staying at Sanibel Moorings! The property was clean and the improvements from Hurricane Ian are going well. Highly recommend to others.

  I have probably stayed in about every condo in the Moorings over the years, and this condo is my favorite location. I will always try to make this my go to condo. The ceiling fan in the back twin bedroom was not functioning and the ottoman for the living room chair was broken. That is the reason for 4 stars in general condition.

  Our first time staying at Sanibel Moorings. We were very impressed. The botonical gardens are very impressive and well-maintained. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable - just the right size for our family of 6. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We will likely stay here again in the future.
