  The condo was very nice and in a gorgeous location. We walked right out the screen door and on to the beach. The morning sunrise was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and we felt safe with their covid protocol. Two things that could be improved- 1) The carpets needed a good cleaning, 2) The bed in the Master wasn't very comfortable. It had a memory foam topper over an old mattress. I suggest it's time to replace it! Otherwise, it was a perfect vacation spot. Thank you!

  Unit 111 needs some TLC. We have stayed in many units at the Moorings throughout the years and rented two this past trip which 111 was not up to par. Everything was very cheap, toilet ran all the time, not a true two full bath as advertised, curtains didn't work and dining room light was just bulbs.
