  We were very happy with our condo choice at Sanibel Moorings. The property is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our week stay. The decor was perfect as well as the view from the lanai. Suprisingly, there were quite a few families with young children in October. Some were well behaved, some not so much so we couldn't enjoy the pool which is located next to the condo. Once the kids were gone, it was heavenly and serene. I would stay in unit 1011 again.

  While the location is perfect with a beachfront view and being poolside the condo is in desperate need of an update. The furniture is uncomfortable and worn out. The ceiling fans do not work. The master bedroom mattress was simply awful. We love sanibel moorings but would not rent this condo again.
